  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 7-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days.
  • Courier Services Used: DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and local postal services.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary based on destination, shipping method, and product weight.
  • The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout before payment.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through our website or the courier’s official tracking portal.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the issue.

9. Terms Regarding Import and Customs Duties for U.S. Orders

9.1. Acceptance of Shipment and Import Responsibility

By completing the payment for your order, U.S. customers acknowledge and fully (100%) agree to accept the shipment and assume full responsibility as the importer of record for clearing the goods through U.S. customs.

9.2. Customs Duties and Import Responsibilities

Estimated import duties and related charges for hardware products may range from 20% – 30% of the declared value on the package (this is an estimate and may vary depending on current U.S. customs regulations).

  • Self-Clearance: Customers have the right to perform customs clearance on their own and pay all related import costs (including taxes, handling, and processing fees) directly to U.S. Customs or relevant authorities.
  • Customs Clearance Assistance: We can assist customers in completing the necessary customs procedures and temporarily advance these customs fees on their behalf. In this case, the package will be delivered directly to the customer’s address after clearance.

9.3. Payment Terms (Applicable for Customs Clearance Assistance)

If you choose our Customs Clearance Assistance service, you agree to the following payment process:

  • Advance Deposit: You will be required to make an advance payment of approximately 20% – 30% of the declared package value for us to proceed with customs clearance and advance applicable duties.
  • Refunds or Adjustments:
    • If the advance payment exceeds the actual customs cost, we will refund the difference to you.
    • If the advance payment is less than the actual customs cost, you agree to pay the remaining balance after receiving your package.

This process is designed to simplify customs procedures for you; in return, you agree to fulfill all payment obligations related to import duties and fees.

9.4. Order Cancellation and Disputes

If a customer refuses to perform the required customs clearance procedures (including payment of applicable duties or fees) and declines to receive the shipment:

  • The package may be canceled at customs or returned to us.
  • The customer will be responsible for all incurred losses, including round-trip shipping fees, cancellation penalties, storage charges, and administrative handling fees.
  • These terms, along with documented proof of refusal or customs rejection, will serve as legal evidence to protect our rights in the event of a dispute or chargeback (via PayPal or any other payment gateway).
