Refund and Return Policy

At VCCarTool, we value transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request refunds, returns, or cancellations for hardware and software products purchased directly from us.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Software Products
- If the software encounters a problem, the buyer must contact VCCarTool Support for inspection and verification.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within 5 days, we will remove the software and issue a full refund.
- Refunds are processed via the same payment method used during purchase.
1.2 Hardware Products
- Within 14 days of receiving the package, if a problem occurs, the buyer must contact support for verification.
- If the issue cannot be repaired within 5 days, the buyer must return the complete original package (device, box, and all accessories).
- Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be processed within 3 days.
- After the 14-day window, products are eligible only for repair or 1:1 replacement—refunds are no longer applicable.
- Note: The warranty period does not reset when exchanging products.
1.3 Refund Process

- Follow the verification process guided by our support team.
- If approved, ship the product back using standard airmail or EMS (avoid DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT).
- Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after receiving and confirming the return.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Orders Pending Shipment
- Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email or the order center before the order is processed.
- Once the order has been shipped, shipping and tax fees are non-refundable.
2.2 Orders in Processing
- If your order has been processed but not yet shipped, you can cancel the order with a cancellation fee (depending on your order type and processing stage).
- Please contact our Customer Care Department for exact details.
2.3 Orders Already Shipped
- If the order has already been shipped but remains inside our country, you can still cancel, subject to a cancellation handling fee.
- If the order has left our country or reached international transit, it cannot be canceled.
- To cancel after international shipment, the buyer must wait to receive the package and return it following the return policy, with resend or return shipping fees applied.

3. Important Notes
- Refunds are processed only after product verification.
- Any product not returned in its original condition or missing accessories may be subject to a deduction from the refund.
- VCCarTool reserves the right to decline refund or cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
